Italy is a stunning country with a vast and varied landscape. There are a multitude of things to do and see so there is somewhere to suit every type of travellers desires.

Foodie

Florence is perfect if food is your main drive due to its influence from Tuscan cuisine and its local ingredients. Try delicious sandwiches from All'antico Vinaio or the famous Florentine Steak from Osteria del Porcellino!

Romantic

For a trip with a loved one, Venice is renowned for its romance, offering wistful gondola trips down the canals and cosy al fresco dining. For fine wines and classic Venetian seafood try Riviera Restaurant's waterfront terrace situated on the Giudecca Canal.

Shopping

Milan is Italy's (some would say the world's) fashion capital. For designer shopping head to the gorgeous Quadrilatero D’Oro district, or find high street stores, outlets and boutiques all over the city where you can find trends that won't reach the UK for a year or so!

Family - Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy. It has become an incredibly popular holiday destination in recent years due to the picturesque scenery combined with a great deal of things to do and places to stay. Gardaland theme park and Canevaworld water park are two great day trips that will leave the children with great memories! It is also conveniently located to visit the surrounding cities such as Milan and Venice.

Adrenaline Junkie

There's a lot more to Italy than its food and ancient ruins. If you're looking for excitement you can try mountain-biking/climbing /skiing in the Alps, hiking in the Dolomites, climbing active volcanoes in Sicily, windsurfing on Lake Garda, or ride whitewater rapids in Calabria.

Sightseeing

With impressive architecture, ancient monuments and Roman ruins everywhere you look, Rome is the ultimate destination for the traveller who wants to see it all! Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, Vatican Museums, St Peter's Basilica, the Colosseum and the Pantheon are just some of the unmissable spots!
